The Wellness Journey
My passion for health and prevention began as an athlete, spending my youth immersed in sports like basketball, gymnastics, and dance. I graduated as an RN from MTSU in 2007, starting my career in cardiovascular care. While I enjoyed the challenge of helping critically ill patients, I quickly realized that I wanted to focus on prevention– helping others avoid chronic diseases that lead to hospitalization.
After earning my Nurse Practitioner degree, I worked in urgent care, further fueling my desire to shift from “sick care” to prevention. I founded Rejuvenate Wellness and MedSpa (originally Rejuvenate Weight Loss and Wellness) to empower people to make lasting lifestyle changes, improving their health and quality of life.
The Aesthetic Side
On the other side of our story is my lifelong fascination with beauty and skincare. From watching shows like Dr. 90210 to buying my first Clinique skincare kit as a teen, I’ve always been drawn to aesthetics. During my master’s program, I dreamed of combining my love for skin and beauty with my medical knowledge, envisioning a future in dermatology or cosmetic procedures.
In 2016, I took a leap of faith and opened Rejuvenate, starting with Botox and fillers injections and quickly expanding to offer a full range of aesthetic services. Today, we help clients address their unique concerns–from smoothing lines to restoring youthful vitality–while fostering confidence that radiates from the inside out.

What started as a small medspa has grown into a trusted space for both wellness and aesthetics. We’ve seen the impact our services can have–whether it’s helping someone recover their confidence after a loss, empowering a mom to feel like herself again, or offering a space of peace and encouragement during life’s challenges.

Our team of RNs can help you be healthier and feel more energized with our weight loss programs and IV Vitamin infusions. Our aestheticians can help you achieve glowing, dewy skin with medical-grade skincare and in-office treatments. Ginger Maness is a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for medical aesthetics. She has been practicing in this field since 2016, when she opened Rejuvenate Wellness and MedSpa in Henderson, Tennessee. Utilizing her extensive nursing background in cardiovascular ICU and urgent care, she provided her patients with the best possible care. In 2019, Ginger relocated her medspa to Jackson, Tennessee where she continues to provide exceptional medical aesthetics and wellness services.
Ginger received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University. With over sixteen years of experience in the medical field, she has seen firsthand the importance of prevention in achieving optimal health and wellness.
Ginger’s passion for helping others to look and feel their best has led her to specialize in medical aesthetics. She is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and treatments in the field, in order to provide her patients with the highest quality care possible.
Ginger takes a personalized approach to each patient, taking the time to listen to their concerns and develop a customized treatment plan that is tailored to their unique needs and goals. Her warm and compassionate demeanor helps put her patients at ease, and she strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment where they can feel confident and cared for.
In her free time, Ginger enjoys spending time with her family, outdoors, and traveling. She is dedicated to living a healthy and active lifestyle, and she believes in the importance of self-care and taking care of one’s physical and mental well-being.

Lauren Henson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2011 and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Samford University in 2015.
She has over 10 years of experience in the medical field, including medical intensive care, gastroenterology, and family practice.
Lauren is thrilled to utilize her artistic ability through aesthetic injectables to help patients achieve the most stunning and natural-looking results.
What she loves most about Medical Aesthetics is that she can address each patient’s individual concerns while providing recommendations on how to enhance their natural beauty.

Dr. Thomas Norsworthy brings over three decades of medical experience to his role as Medical Director of Rejuvenate Wellness and MedSpa. Born in Laurel, Mississippi, Dr. Norsworthy is a proud alumnus of Ole Miss, where he earned his undergraduate degree before completing his medical education at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. After a three-year residency, Dr. Norsworthy practiced in Indianola, MS, before relocating to Jackson, Tennessee, in 1995.
For more than 30 years, Dr. Norsworthy has served the Jackson community as an ER physician at Jackson General Hospital. His transition into aesthetics has allowed him to bring joy to his patients in new ways, focusing on their wellness and beauty goals. As Medical Director of Rejuvenate Wellness and MedSpa for the past two years, Dr. Norsworthy has enjoyed working in a positive and supportive environment, where he can help patients achieve results that enhance their confidence and well-being.
In his free time, Dr. Norsworthy enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. He’s also passionate about traveling and attending concerts, making the most of his downtime with family and friends.
